From Ciampino airport: by bus to Termini (6€) takes about 1h, by taxi to Happy Island (from 36€) takes about 45'
From Fiumicino airport: by bus to Termini (8€) takes about 1h, by train to Termini (14€) takes about 30', by train to Tiburtina (8€) takes about 50', by taxi to Happy Island (from 57€) takes about 1h
From Termini st: by bus (310 line) takes about 20', by metro (B/B1 line) takes 15'
From Tiburtina st: by metro (B/B1 line) in one stop, by feet is 10'
Check-in We need you text us or confirm your estimated arrival time at least a couple of days in advance. Without that communication, we can not assure we’ll be in. Check-in time from 12am to 9pm. Late check-in until 11pm is 15€. Check-in out of check-in time to be previously agreed anyway. Check-out at 11am. You can leave your luggage incoming from 9am and outcoming till 7pm. Checking-in we need to take a picture of your passport or IC to be send to police HQ. We’ll deliver you a set of keys of room, front door and gate
Rooms In the rooms, as well as in the whole B&B, smoking is not allowed. We provide a map of the district with restaurants shops ATM and so on. Please respect silence during rest hours. Some rooms with mini-bar with free bottles of water and drinks for €1
Air Conditioning In the room you will also find the remote control for the air conditioning, which works both to heat or cool. You can set temperature power and cooling type. We recommend a responsible use
Bathrooms Very important Do not flush away anything down the toilet drains but toilet paper. This is critical to not clog pipes and flood the room. Towels and linen will be changed each 3 days, free daily bathroom cleaning on request
Breakfast Italian breakfast available in your room, 24h self-service. The amount of food is prepared according to the during of your stay, it will be refilled by the host
Common space Common room is temporarily not accessible
Internet You can access the Internet free WiFi. We’ll provide you the password at check-in
Payment At check-in we’ll make the payment, as agreed. You can pay by cash or credit card. Since Oct 2023, the municipality of Rome has introduced a new city tax of 6euro p/person p/day (from 10 years of age).
Connections The Metro B/B1 line stops in Piazza Bologna (Laurentina-Termini-Rebibbia/Conca d’Oro line) from 5.30am to 11.30pm (1.30am on Friday and Saturday eve). Bus 61 and 62 connect Bologna square with city center, 490 and 495 from Provincie square to Piazza del Popolo and Vatican City, 310 stops close to the gate and connects with Termini st. From Tiburtina station start trains to Fiumicino Airport. Night buses, 61 (until 2am) and NMB (same stops of metro B, from 11.30pm to 5am) stop in P.zza Bologna or in front of the building each 20’. Parking In the district, to park into blue lines from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 7pm is 1euro/hour. ‘White’ lines are free but you can stop just for 3 hours. There are three garages in the nearby
