Prices range on season and length of stay. Room with its en-suite bathroom with sink and shower. Price includes: italian breakfast, linen towels cleaning each 3 days, free wifi internet, air conditioning or heating, use of the coffee machine and kettle available all-day-long, small maps of Rome on request. The window has got both mosquito nets and double glazing. Sofa-bed available for children within 10yo. Check-in from 2pm to 9pm (to be communicated at least two days in advance). Late check-in until 11 pm, only if agreeded in advance, at €15 (included in shuttle service from the airport). Check-out within 11am. It is possible to leave baggage incoming from 9am and outcoming until 7pm. Not included in the price: tourist tax (since Oct 2023 is 6,- euros/day per person, babies exempted) and drinks in the mini-bar.
